Your name and phone number, your service addresses and landmarks, the order details you provide, and your approximate or precise location when you create or track an order.

Location data

Location is used to match you with nearby masters and to let you track an assigned order. It is not used for advertising, and you can enter an address manually instead of sharing location.

How we use your data

To create and dispatch orders, connect you with masters, confirm cash/transfer payments, provide support, and send order, chat and payment notifications.

Sharing

Your name, phone and address are shared with the master assigned to your order so they can reach you and arrive. We do not sell your personal data.

Security & retention

We protect your data with industry-standard measures and keep it only as long as needed for the service and legal requirements.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, manage saved addresses, and contact support to change or delete your account.
