The service

Master.KG connects you with independent service masters (plumbing, electrical and more) in Bishkek. We facilitate booking and coordination; the work is performed by the assigned master.

Booking & assignment

Orders are auto-dispatched — you do not choose a specific master. Staff or a master accepts your order and is then shown to you.

Pricing & payment

A call-out estimate is shown up front; the final price is set by the master after inspecting the work on site. Cash and bank-transfer proof are supported; card and wallet are coming later.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order yourself while it is still searching for a master. After a master is assigned, contact support to cancel.

Disputes & reviews

After an order is completed you can rate the master and report an issue. Disputes are reviewed by support/admin.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and address details, treat masters respectfully, and pay the agreed amount for completed work.
